Job summary

RTX is seeking a Principal Systems and Integration Engineer for its Effects Center in Tucson, AZ. This onsite role requires an active Top Secret clearance or eligibility and a bachelor’s degree in STEM with 8+ years of engineering experience.

You will lead and support integration, testing, verification, and performance analyses across multiple disciplines, using Cameo for modeling and DOORS for requirements traceability. Remote work is not permitted for this position.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a Bachelor’s in STEM and a minimum of 8 years engineering experience.
• Experience in Systems Engineering and/or Systems Integration and Test.
• Experience coordinating across multiple disciplines including Engineering, Finance, Supply Chain and Quality.

Responsibilities

• Update, maintain, and improve requirements and documentation for development and production.
• Lead and/or support Integration and Test Activities.
• Lead and/or Support Design and System Verification.
• Lead and/or Support system performance analysis.
• Model the system and the system development and production processes using Cameo.
• Create and present technical data for design reviews and test events.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and system issues through data analysis and debugging.
