Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Systems, Software, or related STEM field with 5+ years’ experience.
• US Citizenship with a current Top Secret clearance active or initiated within 6 years.
• 3+ years of full lifecycle systems engineering using MBSE tools and tracing requirements.
• Experience defining verification plans, test procedures, and ICDs.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Interpret drawings and datasheets to assess program requirements applicability.
• Collaborate with vendors to resolve technical challenges while protecting cost, schedule and performance.
• Review and approve subcontract deliverables per data requirements list.
• Help manage subcontractor statements of work and performance; may travel to vendor sites.
• Maintain configuration control and compliance with engineering standards.
• Provide status reports and risk updates to program leadership.
• Engage in cross-functional reviews and support source-selection activities.
• Document decisions, nonconformances, and corrective actions in traceability tools.
