You will shape architectures, drive IBC/Hot-swap strategy, and partner with hyperscalers to translate hardware roadmaps into scalable DC/DC systems. Applicants should have a PhD in Electrical Engineering (Power Electronics) and 10+ years in the semiconductor industry, with strong on-site customer collaboration and executive presence.
As a Principal Systems Engineer, you will lead the technical and strategic definition of next-generation power management solutions for high-density AI data centers in 2026 and beyond. Your work will turn innovation in Intermediate Bus Converters (IBCs) and Hot-swap controllers into measurable business impact—growing market share, improving customer TCO, and accelerating time-to-market.
