  • Execute system solution roadmap that help Infineon achieve the goal to be market leader in AI data center, Telecom solution provider(application notes, solution boards, applications block diagrams, system value prop., Tech notes, simulation models).
  • Lead the conceptualization, design and validation of state-of-the-art power electronics sub systems tailored for high-density AI accelerators, including custom DC-DC power converters, and highly dynamic power supply architectures. Focus on high efficiency, high density designs capable of sustaining the high transient power demands inherent to AI inference and training tasks.
  • Explore novel DC/DC power conversion methods such as resonant converters, wide-band gap semiconductors (e.g., GaN, SiC), and HV-IBC architectures to push the envelope of AI infrastructure.
  • Evaluate and describe system architecture and application requirements for Telecom and Server power supplies.
  • Carry out research and study systems being sold on the market to understand topology, content and key technical issues. Perform teardowns.
  • Define quantifiable technical value propositions and collaterals on application level and evaluate new solutions such as GaN.
  • Be responsible for system concept verification and design-in collaterals, including concept evaluation designs and technical customer support on application level where needed.
  • Conduct technical trainings on system level with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with Digital marketing team for proper system solution positioning, system block representation & creations on Infineon website that ensure the ease of searchability and understanding of solution for Infineon’s customers.
