Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering or equivalent.
• 6+ years building software solutions with engineering teams.
• Ability to effectively leverage AI-powered tools for business analysis and decision support.
• 6+ years of system analysis experience; financial services experience is a plus.
• Proficient in technical analysis of cloud and distributed technologies including AWS concepts, API concepts, and data formats.

Responsibilities

• Perform systems analysis and participate in technical design discussions.
• Leverage AI tools to analyze processes, define requirements, generate insights, and accelerate decisions.
• Prioritize multiple initiatives in a fast-paced engineering environment.
• Translate business objectives into clear technical specs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with engineering, architecture, product, and stakeholders to drive alignment.
• Apply SDLC, release management, and production incident analysis best practices.
