Job summary

Riverstone Enterprise Solutions is looking for a motivated Systems Administrator Level 2 in Aurora, CO, for a hybrid position. Responsibilities include troubleshooting IT systems and providing Tier 1 and Tier 2 support. Candidates must have ten years of relevant Systems Administration experience, and a Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline or equivalent experience is needed. An active TS/SCI with Full Scope Polygraph clearance is required.

Qualifications

• Ten years' experience as a Systems Administrator in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity.
• Bachelor's degree in technical discipline from an accredited college or university. Five years of additional SA experience may be substituted for a bachelor's degree.

Responsibilities

• Provide support for implementation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of IT systems.
• Manage the daily activities of configuration and operation of IT systems.
• Provide support for escalation and communication of status to agency management.
