Position Overview

KODA Technologies is seeking a Principal Systems Administrator to support the Rapid Capabilities and Critical Technologies Office (RCCTO) enterprise network. The selected candidate will provide direct onsite support to the internal DREN Network enclave.

What You'll Be Doing

1. Build and maintain Virtual Machines with Microsoft and VMWare technologies.
2. Design and Configuration of the Active Directory and Windows Server environment.
3. Maintain essential IT operations, including operating systems, security tools, applications, servers, and email systems.
4. Install and upgrade computer components and software, manage physical and virtual servers, and integrate automation processes.
5. Perform server administration tasks in a mixed environment, including user/group management, file permissions, group policy, file replication, and resource monitoring.
6. Maintain, deploy, and support internal infrastructure, including client computer systems, servers, switches, routers, and ASAs.
7. Schedule and perform routine maintenance, patches, and upgrades of computer systems.
8. Build and maintain Windows system images using MDT.
9. Work directly with IA staff to identify and resolve vulnerabilities with ACAS.
10. Support and maintain SecDevOps infrastructure in support of software development teams and the continuous deployment pipeline.
11. Provide help desk and IT support.
12. Additional duties assigned based on changes to business needs.

Required Qualifications

1. 15+ years' experience in Information Technology, including cyber/information assurance and/or systems administration of servers and workstations.
2. Strong understanding of architecting and configuring Microsoft Windows OS technology, including AD Forests, Domains, Trusts, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy and Organizational Units.
3. Experience providing desktop, server, and VM support with VMware products with Microsoft technologies.
4. Experience with Windows Server and VMware applications such as Vsphere/ESXi, Horizon Client.
5. Experience maintaining IT networks (Cisco routers, switches, maintaining network connections, etc.).
6. Experience with Microsoft SCCM and deployment images.
7. Experience with STIG management.
8. Experience supporting Microsoft's Azure DevOps Server or similar software development and tracking database is a plus.
9. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
10. CompTia Security+ certification.
11. Windows Operating System certification (within 90 days).

Desired Qualifications

1. Working knowledge of government Cyber Security policies and procedures including system scans, remediation, and documentation.
2. Experience and understanding of Risk Management Framework (RMF), security controls and policies, and implementation of STIGs.
3. Scripting experience for automation of tasks and vulnerability assessments.
4. Bachelor's Degree is preferred. Equivalent experience may be considered in lieu of degree.

Clearance

1. Active Secret Clearance required; Top Secret/SCI Clearance is preferred.
2. US Citizenship is required.
