Qualifications

• Experience implementing DevOps practices and continuous delivery pipelines.
• Strong collaboration with cross-functional teams and leadership.
• Wamiliarity with metric-driven delivery and automated testing processes.

Responsibilities

• Configure pipelines to automate metric gathering.
• Create enterprise data visibility for AF CSO.
• Develop stable delivery pipelines on our platform.
• Lead automated metrics model development for the Air Force.
• Improve continuous testing processes to detect defects early.
• Identify and remove constraints in development flow.
• Provide training to teams on delivery accelerated practices.
• Design support for CD pipelines on complex legacy systems.
• Promote DevOps culture with data-driven improvements.
• Coordinate internal/external speakers for DevOps learning opportunities.
• Establish feedback cycles to improve platform value streams.
• Develop strategies to share best practices across teams.
• Lead the “Coaching as a Service” concept for self-identification of delivery issues.
• Explore gamification and automated suggestions for next steps.
• Recognize teams for improved outcomes via resilient applications.
