Job summary

Northrop Grumman Corp. (JP) in Baltimore, MD seeks a Principal Supply Chain Planning Specialist for the Advanced Land Sensors Operating Unit – GATOR Production Team. The role requires strong supply chain and program execution experience and the ability to obtain a Secret security clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years in supply chain and/or business management, or master's with 3+ years.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Program execution experience.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret level security clearance.
• US Citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Manage on-time release of requisitions, PO placements, and delivery dates to maintain schedule.
• Manage material budgets for contract requirements and support EVMS.
• Report and forecast material cost/performance for assigned programs.
• Act as CAM to support PLATO/CEAC/EAC activities.
• Identify and manage program risks and opportunities related to material requirements.
• Analyze material lead times and identify critical path procurements.
• Monitor supplier capacity and production issues.
• Support proposals (BOEs, CBOM reviews).
• Contribute to supply chain strategy development including supplier development and risk management.
• Coordinate activities across buyers, planners, subcontract admins, scheduling, customers and suppliers.
