Qualifications

• Knowledge of structural design codes and building codes.
• Strong knowledge of structural systems, seismic and wind design.
• Experience with steel, concrete, and wood framing and lateral systems.
• Ability to communicate effectively with Architects, Engineers, and Owners.
• Experience with Revit and CSI/RAM/RISA software.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of structural engineers for local and national projects.
• Oversee medium and large project delivery and technical excellence.
• Evaluate, specify and integrate engineered systems and products.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to pursue new business opportunities.
• Provide QC and mentorship to junior staff.
