Nike Energy is seeking a Principal strategist to partner with executive leadership to shape Nike's global long-term strategy across partnerships, collaborations, and new opportunities in art, fashion, luxury, streetwear, and more. You will lead cross-functional teams and author strategic plans that guide growth and value creation.

You will synthesize complex data into compelling narratives, develop future growth frameworks, and define workstreams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Economics, or a related field.
• Other combinations of education and experience accepted in place of the stated degree.
• PhD or Law degree plus 6 years of experience (alternative).
• Master's degree plus 7 years of experience (alternative).
• Associate's degree plus 9 years of experience (alternative).
• High School qualification plus 10 years of experience (alternative).
• MBA or similar graduate degree is preferred.
• Strategy background in consulting, VC, startups, investment banking, or corporate strategy.
• Experience in apparel/footwear, retail, merchandising, digital/ecommerce and consumer-facing industries.
• Understanding of competitive landscape and retail marketplace.

Responsabilités

• Own the strategic planning process and author strategic plans for Nike Energy.
• Serve as a critical thought partner to senior and executive leaders on complex business issues.
• Independently lead cross-functional teams across aligned strategic projects.
• Build integrated growth plans that drive integrated actions to win with athletes and deliver profitable growth.
• Help leaders solve strategic questions through long-term growth plans.
• Complete rigorous strategic analysis and synthesize insights into compelling presentations for the Energy organisation.
• Develop future strategies by creating frameworks, analysis, and critical thinking to drive Nike's largest growth opportunities.
• Scope the work, define workstreams, and serve as overall project quarterback.
• Assess impact by diagnosing results aligned to the plan and prioritising future actions.
• Support senior leaders in communicating strategies across the broader organisation and develop important metrics to measure success.
