T. Rowe Price is seeking a Principal Site Reliability Engineer, Infrastructure Observability, to build and guide a distributed SRE team focused on monitoring, reliability, and scalable cloud-and-on-prem solutions.

You will drive automation, incident response, and continuous improvement within a complex technology landscape. The role requires deep expertise in cloud environments, DevOps practices, CI/CD, and metrics-driven reliability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 10+ years cloud infra experience.
• 5+ years AWS experience.
• 5+ years DevOps/SRE leadership.
• Strong scripting and automation.
• Fluent in multiple programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, GO).

Responsibilities

• Design technology solutions to prevent or minimize service disruptions.
• Lead SRE practices and automation across Global Technology.
• Analyze incidents and identify trends benefiting reliability.
