Job summary

ManpowerGroup is seeking a Principal Splunk Architect to join the Cybersecurity Engineering Tools & Platforms team in New York, NY on-site four days a week. You will own a mission-critical Splunk platform central to enterprise observability and cybersecurity.

You will lead design and optimization of data ingestion pipelines, guide incident response and root cause analysis, and mentor engineers while advancing automation and SRE practices.

Qualifications

• Deep, hands-on expertise in Splunk platform engineering and large-scale SIEM environments.
• Extensive experience with Linux/Unix systems, networking fundamentals, and distributed systems.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Go, or Java.
• Strong background in Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) principles and automation frameworks.
• Ability to operate independently in high-pressure situations with a focus on automation and scalability.

Responsibilities
