Job summary

Polluxa, Inc. seeks a Space Vehicle Engineer to lead the Space Vehicle or Spacecraft Engineering team through development, test and delivery of highly capable space systems. You will support the Chief Engineer ensuring the system meets customer specifications and mission needs.

Ideal candidates have a background in systems engineering or spacecraft subsystems. The role demands leadership, strong technical judgment and collaboration across multiple engineering domains.

Qualifications

• Spacecraft systems engineering experience or subsystem domain experience (thermal, ADCS, CDH, etc.).
• Experience leading design reviews and mission trades.
• Proven ability to develop and document system architectures using MBSE.

Responsibilities

• Lead development, testing, and delivery of space systems as a Space Vehicle Engineer.
• Act as technical representative to program office and customers.
• Provide leadership on system engineering staff and create engineering documents.
