Job summary

Workday, Inc. is seeking a Principal Business Analyst, Source to Pay to optimize and govern the global S2P value stream. You will design end-to-end processes across supplier onboarding, sourcing, contract management, purchasing, invoicing, expense management, and payments.

You will partner with cross-functional leads to drive milestones, gather requirements, develop UAT scripts, and ensure compliant, scalable processes for employees and suppliers worldwide.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of progressive experience in Source to Pay, Finance Transformation, or related discipline.
• Deep knowledge of supplier management, sourcing, procurement, PO, invoice processing, and related accounting implications.
• Experience with ERPs/Sourcing/Procurement platforms, preferably Workday.

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve current-state and future-state Source to Pay processes globally.
• Translate business requirements into scalable digital process designs and Jira stories.
• Lead UAT ceremonies, sign-offs, and testing for end-to-end Pay processes.
• Monitor KPIs such as cycle times, touchless invoice rate, and on-time payment performance.
• Collaborate with Finance, Procurement, Tax, Legal, and Tech teams to ensure SOX and controls.
