The candidate should have 10+ years of relevant experience, strong programming knowledge (C, Java, Python), and proven leadership. Travel to client sites is expected, with a hybrid work arrangement and competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field required.
• 10+ years in source code- and technology-related liability analysis in litigation.
• Strong leadership, time management, and client-facing communication skills.
• Experience with programming languages, code analysis and SDLC/Agile.

Responsibilities

• Lead teams to conduct forensic investigations of source code and systems.
• Direct analysis of source code, databases, configs and technical docs for IP litigation.
• Prepare expert reports and support counsel with findings.
• Recruit, train, and mentor team members; manage project timelines.
