Qualifications

• 10+ years in source code- and technology-related liability analysis in litigation.
• Experience leading teams, managing multiple projects and deadlines.
• Strong written and oral communication for expert reports and court submissions.
• Proficiency with programming languages including C, Java, Python.

Responsibilities

• Lead forensic investigations of source code and systems in IP litigation contexts.
• Direct analysis of source code, database schemas and technical docs.
• Prepare expert reports and coordinate with counsel and other experts.
• Oversee quality control and timely delivery of client work.
• Contribute to business development and client relationship building.
