Job summary

Elevate Digital is seeking a senior enterprise architect/lead for a direct-hire remote-with-travel role focused on healthcare technology strategy and governance. You will guide architecture across cloud, data, and API integrations, engaging with VP and C-level stakeholders to shape large programs.

The role requires 12+ years in enterprise tech leadership in healthcare, 5+ years in client-facing advisory, and TOGAF or cloud certs.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in enterprise architecture, product strategy, or technology leadership, with healthcare tenure.
• 5+ years in client-facing consulting serving VP/C-level stakeholders on large enterprise engagements.
• Track record owning tech or product strategy for a major enterprise program in healthcare or regulated industry.
• Hands-on architecture leadership on at least one major cloud platform; TOGAF or equivalent certs preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field; advanced degree preferred.

This is a direct-hire position--REMOTE WITH TRAVEL.

TOP SKILLS: (MUST HAVES)

• Expertise with enterprise solutions architecture—hands-on cloud, integration/API and data
• Expertise in provider, medical device, or healthcare tech environments, plus fluency in HIPAA, FDA-regulated software, and HL7/FHIR.
• Executive presence and experience running ambiguous strategy conversations with C-level and VP level leaders.
• Healthcare product and technology strategy expertise.
• AI fluency. The role sets guardrails for governed AI in regulated settings, so it matters more as the work evolves.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Twelve (12+) or more years across enterprise architecture, product strategy, or technology leadership, with substantial healthcare industry tenure.
• Five (5+) or more years in client-facing consulting or advisory roles serving VP-level and C-level stakeholders on large enterprise engagements.
• Track record owning technology or product strategy for a major enterprise program, platform, or portfolio, ideally in healthcare or another regulated industry.
• Hands-on architecture leadership on at least one major cloud platform; TOGAF or equivalent architecture certification and cloud architect certifications preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in a technical or related field, or equivalent experience; advanced degree
