This is a terrific opportunity for a ServiceNow architect to start at the very beginning of a green-field project to design and roll out the Customer Service Module for our Global Treasury Management customers at U.S. Bank. The architect will serve as the primary technology leader for the project – spanning ServiceNow to front-end interfaces to the data architecture. They will have an opportunity to select and help grow the team as this effort moves forward – getting in on the ground floor of a new, important, and high-priority effort for the bank.
The Principal Solutions Architect for ServiceNow develops innovative solutions and technology strategy. They own the end-to-end solution design strategy across teams and partner with other architects and engineers. Utilizes technical expertise and leadership skills to resolve issues and ensure product goals are met across the team. Take a hands-on approach with Proofs of Concept and Blueprints. Partners with technologists on key concepts and architectural designs and on defining the team's roadmap in line with the company and technology vision. Drives alignment to bank and industry standards. Evaluates vendor products and how to integrate with U.S. Bank infrastructure and standards. Adept with agile software development lifecycle and DevOps principles. Communicates with all parties involved in the product team (engineers, product owner, scrum master, third party vendors, end users, etc.) and takes a leadership role on the technology side. Provides a long-term view of the architecture direction and ensures technology delivery teams align with long-term vision. Brings awareness where processes, architecture, organization are not optimal and drives the team and leadership to make changes proactively to address them. Identifies and solves technical complexities or limitations that may impact product long-term product plans.
This position will be responsible for the ServiceNow module related to servicing our treasury management customers in USBank. The Solutions Architect for ServiceNow will be directing the overall data, application, and technical architecture to stand up the new module, front-to-back, and create a technical migration plan to move our internal users and interfaced applications to the new system. The Solutions Architect for ServiceNow will direct multiple teams working on the implementation of the user interface and APIs on architectural direction and be able to diagnose and solve complex integration and data challenges at the enterprise level.

The role offers a hybrid/flexible schedule, which means there's an in-office expectation of 3 or more days per week and flexibility to work outside the office location for the other days.
