Job summary

Nebius Group is seeking an experienced Principal Solutions Architect to lead technical engagement with strategic customers across the Gulf region. You will own end-to-end presales, architecture design, and PoC execution for large-scale ML workloads on GPU-accelerated cloud platforms.

You will partner with Sales, Product, Engineering and Support, engaging executive stakeholders and driving adoption of AI Cloud solutions across enterprise customers in the Middle East.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in senior technical roles with customer-facing responsibilities.
• Deep expertise in cloud infrastructure, distributed systems, networking, storage, Kubernetes, containers, and GPU-accelerated computing.
• Experience delivering complex enterprise architectures for strategic customers.
• Excellent communication and executive presentation skills.
• Experience leading discovery sessions, architecture workshops, and PoCs.
• Experience collaborating with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success.
• Strong GCC region experience including UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain, Oman.
• Arabic and English fluent required.
• Willingness to travel within Middle East.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end technical presales and solution delivery for strategic & enterprise customers across the Middle East, from discovery to PoC and production readiness.
• Serve as a trusted technical advisor to senior customer stakeholders (CTO, Head of ML, Platform Engineering, AI Infrastructure teams).
• Lead complex ML/AI infrastructure and MLOps architectures, including large-scale training and inference workloads on GPU-accelerated cloud platforms.
• Design, validate, and document reference architectures, IaC solutions, and best-practice deployment patterns using the company AI.
• Drive and execute advanced PoCs, workshops, architecture reviews, and executive-level presentations.
• Build trusted relationships with customers across government, enterprise, AI-native, and digital-native organizations in the Gulf region.
• Partner with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Support to represent real-world customer requirements and influence roadmap decisions.
• Act as a single point of technical authority for key customer scenarios across internal teams.
• Support strategic marketing initiatives including conferences, hackathons, webinars, case studies, and thought leadership in the Middle East.
• Mentor and provide technical leadership to other Solutions Architects.

The roleWe are seeking an experienced, customer-obsessed Principal Solutions Architect – Middle East to lead technical engagement with the company' most strategic customers across the Gulf region. This is a senior, high-impact role focused on complex presales, large-scale ML workloads, and end-to-end customer solution ownership—from early discovery through production adoption.

As a Principal Solutions Architect, you will act as a trusted technical partner for executive stakeholders, AI/ML leaders, and platform teams. You will shape solution strategy, drive complex PoCs, influence product direction, and ensure successful adoption of the company AI Cloud for mission-critical AI/ML workloads across the Middle East.

The ideal candidate has extensive experience working with enterprise organizations in the Gulf region, understands the local technology landscape, and can effectively engage both business and technical stakeholders ideally in Arabic and English.

You're welcome to work remotely from the Middle East, with preference for candidates based in the United Arab Emirates.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Own end-to-end technical presales and solution delivery for strategic and enterprise customers across the Middle East, from initial discovery through PoC, architecture design, and production readiness.

• Drive and execute advanced PoCs, workshops, architecture reviews, and executive-level presentations to demonstrate value and accelerate customer adoption.
• Build trusted relationships with customers across government, enterprise, AI-native, and digital-native organizations throughout the Gulf region.
• Partner closely with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Support to represent real-world customer requirements and influence product roadmap decisions.
• Act as a single point of technical authority for key customer scenarios across internal teams (Product, Support, Marketing).
• Support strategic marketing initiatives including conferences, hackathons, webinars, customer case studies, and technical thought leadership across the Middle East.
• Mentor and provide technical leadership to other Solutions Architects, helping raise the overall technical bar of the organization.

We expect you to have:

• 10+ years of experience in senior technical roles such as Solutions Architect, Systems Architect, ML Platform Engineer, or similar, with significant customer-facing responsibilities.
• Deep expertise in cloud infrastructure, distributed systems, networking, storage, Kubernetes, containers, and GPU-accelerated computing.
• Strong understanding of AI/ML infrastructure, MLOps platforms, model training, inference, and large-scale GPU environments.
• Experience designing and delivering complex enterprise architectures and technical solutions for strategic customers.
• Excellent communication and executive presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value.
• Demonstrated experience leading technical discovery sessions, architecture workshops, and proof-of-concepts.
• Experience collaborating with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success organizations.
• Strong experience working with enterprise customers across the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC), including the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain, and Oman.
• Strong understanding of the regional technology ecosystem, procurement processes, and customer landscape in the Gulf countries.
• Native or fluent Arabic and professional English are required.
• Ability to travel across the Middle East as required.

It will be an added bonus if you have:

• Experience working with hyperscale cloud providers or AI infrastructure companies.
• Experience supporting sovereign cloud, government, or regulated industry customers.
• Knowledge of modern AI frameworks, distributed training technologies, and open-source AI tooling.
• Public speaking experience at industry conferences or technical community events.
• Existing relationships within the regional AI, cloud, or enterprise technology ecosystem.
