JOB SUMMARY

The Principal Solutions Architect will lead the design and architecture of our Data and Analytics Platform across TriNet, ensuring scalability, maintainability, and alignment with industry best practices. This role requires deep expertise in AI/ML, ML Ops, Data Lake, Data Warehouse, ETL, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

Essential Duties/Responsibilities

1. Architectural Leadership: Lead design, development, and implementation of AI/ML/DL/DW and Analytics solutions, ensuring alignment with requirements. (20%)
2. Technical Guidance: Provide expert advice on best practices, code quality, deployment, monitoring, scalability, and security.
3. Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to integrate AI/ML models, providing architectural guidance and technical leadership. (20%)
4. Research and Innovation: Stay updated on emerging technologies, evaluate tools and frameworks, and define the technical roadmap for AI/ML/DL/DW initiatives. (10%)
5. Quality Assurance: Ensure high-quality, efficient, and maintainable code; mentor junior staff. (10%)
6. Documentation: Oversee documentation of architectures, workflows, and processes for clear communication. (10%)

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field required; Master’s preferred.

Work Experience: 10+ years in solution development or application development; experience in architecture blueprints, strategies, and leadership; ability to communicate with executive-level stakeholders.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Experience with ELT/ETL, Python, Data Modeling, reporting tools like Tableau, database technologies (MySQL, MongoDB, RedShift, Oracle), cloud platforms (AWS, OCI), DevOps practices, SDLC methodologies, and excellent communication skills.

Work Environment: Remote or office setting with reliable internet. Reasonable accommodations available for disabilities.
