Our Principal Solutions Architect plays a critical role in driving delivery excellence and ensuring customer success. This role involves managing strategic customer accounts, partnering with Sales for account expansion, and designing scalable data solutions. It emphasizes creating value, fostering trust, and building strategic relationships in the evolving data landscape.

Responsibilities include:

• Technical Leadership and Delivery: Architect scalable end-to-end data solutions, lead data engineering teams, communicate business value, and mentor team members.
• Client Engagement and Growth: Build relationships, understand client data goals, craft technical approaches, and identify expansion opportunities.
• Minimum Experience: 10+ years designing data solutions, 2+ years in consulting leadership, experience with cloud platforms, programming in Java/Python/Scala, and managing teams.
• Strong communication skills, experience in creating detailed solution documentation, and a relevant Bachelor's degree are preferred.

Technical Background & Expertise:

• Experience with Snowflake, AWS, Azure, GCP, Hadoop, Databricks, and other data platforms.
• Knowledge of data storage, integration technologies, workflows, and methodologies like Agile and Data Modeling.
