The Principal Solutions Architect will lead the design and architecture of our Data and Analytics Platform, ensuring scalability, maintainability, and adherence to industry best practices. This role requires deep expertise in AI/ML, ML Ops, Data Lake, Data Warehouse, ETL, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Architectural Leadership: Design, develop, and implement scalable AI/ML/DL/DW and analytics solutions, ensuring alignment with functional and non-functional requirements. (20%)
• Technical Guidance: Provide expert advice on best practices, code quality, deployment, monitoring, scalability, and security.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI/ML models, offering architectural guidance and technical leadership. (20%)
• Research and Innovation: Stay updated on emerging technologies, evaluate AI/ML/DL/DW frameworks and tools, and define the technical roadmap for these initiatives. (10%)
• Quality Assurance: Ensure high-quality, efficient, and maintainable code; mentor junior architects and engineers. (10%)
• Documentation: Oversee documentation of architectures, workflows, and processes for clear communication across the organization. (10%)

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (required); Master's preferred.
• 10+ years in solution development, business analysis, or application development; 6+ years in architectural leadership.
• Experience with architecture blueprints, strategies, and roadmaps.
• Knowledge of development (ELT, ETL, Data Engineering, Python, Data Modeling), reporting tools (Tableau), and database technologies (MySQL, MongoDB, RedShift, Oracle).
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, OCI), DevOps practices, CI/CD, security, and system development life cycle methodologies.

Work Environment & Benefits:
