Must have:
  • We require 10+ years of software product management experience.
  • We need expertise in complex enterprise product ecosystems and operational workflows, especially those tied to planning, costing, delivery, or systems of record.
  • We require experience building 0-to-1 software products and evolving existing tools and workflows over time.
  • We need strong written, verbal, and presentation communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively across functions and levels.
  • We require the ability to translate highly complex business processes into clear product direction, requirements, and phased delivery plans.
  • We need strong cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management skills, with experience aligning technical teams and business operators around shared outcomes.
  • We require experience identifying where automation, intelligence, or AI can improve workflows, data interpretation, or decision‑making in enterprise software.
  • We want someone who is passionate about solving problems within creative and entertainment‑driven environments.
  • We require a strong interest in internal technologies used behind the scenes rather than consumer‑facing products.
Preferred:
  • Experience with estimating, budgeting, cost modeling, forecasting, or financial planning systems in capital projects, construction, manufacturing, design, or related fields.
  • Experience with scope management, configuration management, bill of materials, asset hierarchies, package planning, or parts and component tracking.
  • Recent experience with AI‑enabled product capabilities or enterprise AI workflows such as prediction, classification, summarization, search, recommendation, or decision support.
  • Experience evaluating and implementing both commercial software platforms and custom‑built internal tools.
  • Familiarity with project delivery, design development, fabrication, procurement, and installation workflows.
  • Experience with data models, taxonomies, and structured information systems for organizing complex project scope.
  • Experience with microservice ecosystems and component‑based web applications.
  • We require a bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, media management, or an engineering or science discipline, or equivalent experience.
  • A master's degree is preferred.
Responsibilities:
  • We will lead product direction and implementation for estimating and scope management products, including AI‑enabled capabilities that improve speed, insight, and decision support.
  • We will define product strategy for systems and workflows supporting estimating, budgeting, forecasting, scope generation, scope cataloging, scope change management, and AI‑assisted analysis across project phases.
  • We will represent the needs of Imagineers, estimators, planners, and delivery team members, prioritizing practical problem‑solving over premature solutioning.
  • We will partner with stakeholders across estimating, project management, production, engineering, design, sourcing, finance, and technology to uncover needs, pain points, dependencies, and opportunities for transformation.
  • We will create product requirements, user research, user stories, process models, taxonomies, mockups, product memos, presentations, roadmaps, and related strategy documents.
  • We will guide product development for systems that define and manage project scope from high‑level experience structures down to detailed assemblies, systems, parts, packages, and fabricated or procured components.
  • We will evaluate buy‑versus‑build decisions and determine where commercial tools or custom functionality are needed to meet our unique needs.
  • We will collaborate with software engineering, product design, technical program management, finance, sourcing, legal, and data partners to deliver reliable, usable, scalable capabilities aligned with responsible AI practices.
  • We will present product vision, roadmap direction, demos, and delivery progress to senior leadership and key stakeholders.
