Job summary

Green Key Resources seeks a senior professional to own PLM development and enterprise software integrations from configuration changes through system integrations. The role interfaces with external PLM consultants, subcontractors, and technology partners to align priorities, deliverables, and timelines.

The candidate will build and document PLM and QA policies, procedures, workflows, and governance standards necessary for scale.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in enterprise software implementation, integration, or systems development.
• Hands-on PLM or ERP platform experience is preferred.
• Experience managing outside consultants or MSPs.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.

• Own PLM development and enhancement end to end, interfacing with external consultants and partners on priorities and timelines.
• Partner with engineering, QA, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into working system solutions.

Job description

• Own PLM development and enhancement end to end, from configuration changes and back-end development through system integrations and troubleshooting, serving as the primary interface with external PLM consultants, subcontractors, and technology partners on priorities, deliverables, and timelines.
• Partner with engineering, QA, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into working system and process solutions, operating alongside the PLM Lead who handles day to day administration.
• Build and document PLM and QA policies, procedures, workflows, and governance standards that hold up as adoption scales across the organization.
• Review software and technical deliverables against defined quality expectations, and support enterprise integrations spanning document control, ERP and accounting platforms, and third-party AI tooling.
• Requires 7 to 10+ years in enterprise software implementation, integration, or systems development, ideally with hands-on PLM or ERP platform experience and a track record managing outside consultants or managed service providers.
