Job summary

Vega Federal Solutions is seeking multiple Principal Software Engineers for full stack development roles in St. Louis, MO or Springfield, VA. The ideal candidates will have strong experience in Python and Java, or React, leading agile teams on high impact national security applications.

The role involves designing and deploying applications, with compensation up to $210K and a comprehensive benefits package including PTO and insurance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 15 years of full stack development experience.
• Hands on experience in at least four of the required skill areas.
• 5+ years with agile and lean practices, including 2+ years as a scrum or team lead.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy full stack applications in your preferred stack.
• Lead agile development efforts as a scrum or team lead.
• Partner with stakeholders to deliver working software.
