Principal Software Engineer – Oracle Infrastructure & SaaS
Location: Remote
Contract Duration: 6-Month Contract-to-Hire
Compensation: $/hour Depending on Experience
The Corporate Systems & Services IT Finance Portfolio team at one of our largest Fortune 200 Energy Generation clients is seeking a Principal Software Engineer for a 6-month project involving Oracle Infrastructure activities. The role involves managing Oracle ERP, EPM, FDI, disaster recovery, and ServiceNow enhancements and operations. The engineer will oversee Oracle SaaS products, drive infrastructure initiatives, and liaise with platform teams, stakeholders, and Oracle support.
This position is crucial for preparing and executing a scheduled Disaster Recovery event in June 2025, and for evaluating and implementing new Oracle features to ensure high availability and performance of Oracle modules like ERP & FDI. It offers a full-time contract with potential for long-term engagement based on performance. Ideal candidates are passionate about IT career growth and eager to work with a leading energy company.
