Leidos is seeking a motivated Principal Software Engineer to join our Advanced Analytics Team supporting mission-critical intelligence objectives. This role involves analyzing software requirements, designing innovative solutions, and delivering high-performance applications for national security missions.

Qualified candidates will have a Bachelor's degree with extensive experience in Python, C/C++, and Assembly, with a TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus 11 years of relevant experience or equivalent.
• Proficiency with Python and ability to read/understand C/C++ and Assembly (x86).
• Experience with software architecture, operating system design, compilers, and debugging.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, debug, and maintain software applications supporting mission requirements.
• Develop and debug software using object-oriented programming languages; analyze legacy code and build efficient algorithms.
• Collaborate with mission stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable software architectures and tools.
