Job summary

Kaleidoscope, an Infosys Company, is seeking a Lead Software Engineer to drive innovation within the CCIBT group. You will develop and maintain a microservices framework using domain-driven design, event-driven architecture and SOLID principles, and you will design and implement new business solutions while guiding deployment and technical governance.

You will mentor engineers, collaborate with architects and SMEs, and ensure robust APIs, scalable services, and automated workflows.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software design and development experience.
• 4+ years in Core Java with Spring/Spring Boot.
• 3+ years microservices development and domain-driven design.
• 3+ years cloud technologies and CI/CD pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable distributed systems components and services for the banking service platform.
• Build robust APIs, microservices, and workflow-based processing systems.
• Design, code, test, debug, and document high-quality solutions aligned with business objectives.
• Participate actively in Agile ceremonies with product, operations, and architecture teams.
• Ensure operational excellence through monitoring, quality engineering, and automated workflows.
• Mentor junior engineers and guide teams on delivery, estimations, grooming, and velocity management.
