Job summary

You will lead the development and maintenance of a microservices framework, leveraging domain-driven design, event-driven architecture, and SOLID principles to deliver scalable banking solutions. You will design and implement robust APIs and services, mentor engineers, participate in Agile ceremonies, and collaborate with architects and product

Qualifications

• 5+ years of industry experience in software design and development.
• 4+ years of Core Java experience with Spring and Spring Boot.
• 3+ years of NoSQL (MongoDB) and RDBMS (SQL Server/Oracle/MySQL).
• 3+ years of microservices development, domain-driven design and API design.
• 3+ years of cloud technologies and CI/CD pipelines (Gradle, Maven, Jenkins, Harness, Github).
• Expertise with Java frameworks and libraries (Spring, Hibernate, Java EE).

Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable, distributed systems components and services for the commercial banking service platform.
• Build robust APIs, microservices, and workflow-based processing systems.
• Design, code, test, debug, and document high-quality solutions aligned with business objectives.
• Participate actively in Agile ceremonies and partner with product, operations, and architecture teams.
• Ensure operational excellence through monitoring, quality engineering, and automated workflows.
• Create and implement a technology framework and provide strong technical expertise to teams and senior management.
• Collaborate with architects, SMEs, senior technology and other partners to resolve complex technical issues and achieve goals.
• Mentor junior engineers and guide teams on delivery, estimations, grooming, and velocity management.
