Job summary

You will mentor engineers, oversee the full software lifecycle, improve tooling and observability, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver high‑availability systems that serve millions of customers and associates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, information systems, software engineering, or related field with five years’ experience, or seven years’ experience in software engineering.
• Experience leading platform engineering and cloud-native architectures.
• Strong SDLC management, CI/CD, testing, and observability.

Responsibilities

• Lead platform engineering efforts to deliver scalable infrastructure and AI/ML frameworks.
• Drive full software development lifecycle across multiple teams with high availability and real-time data processing.
• Architect and integrate intelligent systems using cloud-native and model-driven design.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to influence architectural decisions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and success metrics.
