PNC is seeking a senior software engineering leader to design and deliver enterprise-grade applications using Java, Spring Boot, and Kafka, guiding a team of 5–10 engineers.

You will drive technical decisions, perform architecture reviews, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure on-time delivery of complex microservices and event-driven solutions. This role emphasizes hands-on design, code quality, mentoring, and shaping the technical roadmap within a large financial services environment.
