Rad AI is seeking a Principal Engineer to lead our cutting‑edge reporting product in San Francisco. You will partner with the CTO and CPO to define the technical vision, mentor engineers, and design scalable systems that deliver tangible business value for radiology workflows.

You will influence architecture standards, drive innovation across teams, and help transform healthcare through AI-powered solutions that save time and reduce burnout for radiologists.
