Rad AI is seeking a visionary Principal Engineer to lead our cutting-edge reporting product. You will shape the technical direction, mentor engineers, and deliver scalable systems that save time and reduce burnout for radiologists.

You will partner with the CTO and CPO to drive architecture standards, embrace AI-driven approaches, and influence the broader engineering organization as Rad AI scales.

Location Details

• This role will be based in our San Francisco office and we expect employees to work onsite four days per week. The remaining time may be worked remotely or onsite, depending on team and business needs.
