Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science, technical or business discipline.
• 8+ years delivering solutions in large, distributed systems using agile practices.
• Experience with microservices and cloud platforms (AWS).
• Proficiency with Java, Spring Boot, REST, Kafka, Kubernetes and CI/CD tools.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and develop complex data solutions as a technical expert across the portfolio.
• Design data models and architectures to improve accessibility, governance and quality.
• Lead agile ceremonies and guide product teams in delivery.
• Improve data pipelines, reduce costs and optimize data management.
• Mentor data engineers and ensure adherence to best practices and standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and solutions engineers on roadmaps and delivery.
