Job summary

You will own end-to-end delivery of complex initiatives, juggling competing priorities, while embracing Agile and DevOps practices and maintaining clear, thorough documentation for user stories and specs.

Qualifications

• 3–8 years of hands-on software engineering experience.
• Deep command of data structures, algorithms, and large-scale system design principles.
• Proficiency in writing clean, efficient code that prioritizes scalability and maintainability.
• Fluency with Agile development methodologies and DevOps practices.
• Excellent ability to communicate complex ideas clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Track record of documenting work thoroughly through user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical specs.
• Demonstrated success shipping projects on time despite multiple concurrent demands.
