AssureSoft is seeking a senior software leader to drive architectural decisions and hands-on development across web platforms built with Vue.js, Python, and PHP. You will mentor engineers, define best practices, and coordinate with QA and stakeholders to ensure high-quality delivery.

The role combines hands-on coding with strategic leadership, enabling robust, scalable applications and the adoption of AI in development and testing processes.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional software development experience.
• Experience in technical leadership responsibilities.
• Strong hands-on experience with JavaScript and modern web development.
• Experience with Vue.js or comparable component-based JavaScript frameworks.
• Solid backend development experience using Python and PHP.
• Strong understanding of software architecture, REST APIs, system integration, and web app development.
• Proficiency with Git, collaborative development workflows, and code review practices.
• Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to mentor engineers and provide technical direction.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and technical decision-making skills.
• Knowledge of automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, and modern software delivery practices.

• Solid backend development experience using both Python and PHP.
• Strong understanding of software architecture, REST APIs, system integration, and web application development.
• Experience designing and maintaining scalable, reliable, and maintainable applications.
• Proficiency with Git, collaborative development workflows, and code review practices.
• Strong debugging, analytical, and complex problem‑solving skills.
• Proven ability to mentor engineers and provide technical direction.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and technical decision‑making skills.
• Knowledge of automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, and modern software delivery practices.

Nice to Have

• Cloud application deployment and containerization technologies such as Docker.
• Application security and performance optimization experience.
