Work arrangement: Fully Remote (works exclusively from home)

Responsibilities

1. Develop products that help customers analyze their operational, application, and customer data.
2. Prioritize effectively across business and technical requirements.
3. Facilitate technical communication across teams, organizations, and leadership.
4. Collaborate with leadership, product management, and engineering teams to align priorities.
5. Serve as a technical liaison between teams and organizations.
6. Promote an inclusive culture valuing diverse perspectives.

Minimum Qualifications

• 8+ years of technical leadership experience in engineering teams.
• Proficiency in one or more of these languages: Rust, Go, Java.
• Experience with major cloud providers (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Extensive experience in SaaS, building and operating large-scale distributed systems.
• Strong collaboration and decision-impact skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD in CS or equivalent.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge in observability domain.
• Understanding of databases such as RDS, MySQL, PostgreSQL.
• Experience with configuration management tools like Ansible, Terraform, Puppet.
