We are seeking an exceptional Principal Software Engineer to provide technical leadership across multiple onshore and offshore scrum teams. This senior-level position requires deep expertise in .NET development, software architecture, and a proven track record of implementing engineering best practices at scale.

The expected base pay for this position ranges from $118,500 - $160,000 annually, and will be based on a number of additional factors including skills, experience, and education.
