Seeking highly experienced Principal Software Development Engineers (SDE) with experience leading technical architecture initiatives.

Remote/C2H position. Open to GC and USC.

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of software industry experience with 4+ years as a technical leader.
• 5+ years leading technical architecture initiatives that impact multiple value streams.
• 5+ years designing and developing distributed systems with a disciplined approach.
• 8+ years involved in requirements analysis and estimation within a formal SDLC.
• 8+ years mastery in development languages (Python, Java, C#, Go, etc.).
• 8+ years experience with relational databases, including cloud environments.
• 5+ years working with non-relational databases (document stores, KV stores, caches).
• 5+ years architecting solutions in major cloud platforms.
• 5+ years working with microservices architecture, APIs, and real-time system integrations.
• 5+ years of automated unit and integration testing experience.
• 3+ years of mastery in Python.
• 3+ years experience with asynchronous messaging.
• 2+ years working with machine learning models in production.
• 1+ years experience with large language models in production environments.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience building and operating large-scale distributed systems.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing requirements.
• Experience with SAFE practices or ability to work within SAFE and agile methodologies.
• Experience in security-oriented projects.
• Exposure to CI/CD and DevOps practices.
• Experience in healthcare industry analytics or software.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills across visual, verbal, and written channels.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision; self-directed.
• Knowledge of GCP architecture, commands, and data engineering patterns.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related discipline, or equivalent experience. Master's degree is a plus.
