We are seeking a Principal Software Developer to lead the technical evolution of TEG Manager(R), our centralized hemostasis management platform that delivers real-time TEG 6s and TEG 5000 analyzer data to clinicians across operating rooms, ICUs, and emergency departments.
In this role, you will serve as a technical anchor for a cross-functional engineering team, driving architectural decisions and setting engineering standards for a mission-critical, regulated medical software system. As a principal-level contributor, you own the end-to-end architecture strategy for the TEG Manager platform - spanning device connectivity, data ingestion pipelines, and REST API design that integrates with hospital information systems and downstream clinical workflows. You will mentor engineers, collaborate with product and regulatory stakeholders to navigate regulatory software requirements, and champion engineering practices that balance velocity with the rigorous regulatory standards demanded in patient care environments.

Base pay range: $103,600.00 - $176,400.00 per year.
