Job summary

Consumers Energy is seeking a Principal Software Configuration Analyst to lead the configuration, optimization, and strategic direction of COTS software across enterprise teams. You will align solutions with architecture standards and long-term business goals while mentoring analysts and driving Agile practices.

Qualifications

• Executive-level communication with senior leaders and stakeholders.
• Experience configuring and integrating large-scale enterprise solutions.
• Knowledge of SAP ERP, OpenText, and ServiceNow is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead COTS software configuration and optimization across enterprise teams.
• Define designs and deliver integrated technology solutions with stakeholders.
• Mentor analysts and promote Agile practices and standards.
• Build relationships with business units to translate needs into solutions.
