Micron Technology, Inc. in Idaho is seeking a Principal, Social Impact & Community Engagement to advance its social impact initiatives across U.S. regions and Mexico.

You will lead the community engagement lifecycle, source grants, mobilize volunteers and donors, and build partnerships with nonprofits and civic groups. Reporting to the North America Regional Director of SICE, you will collaborate with internal teams, measure impact, and represent Micron as a trusted corporate citizen.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in social impact, community engagement, corporate philanthropy, or related fields.
• Proven success building and leading partnerships with nonprofits and philanthropic organizations.
• Experience managing grant portfolios end-to-end with impact reporting.
• Strong global collaboration across time zones in matrixed organizations.

Responsabilités

• Grantmaking & portfolio management across U.S. regions and Mexico.
• Lead employee volunteering initiatives and participate in company-wide service programs.
• Develop and execute a community engagement plan with schools, nonprofits and government partners.
• Collaborate with internal teams to integrate social impact into broader business priorities.
• Track, evaluate, and communicate social impact, extracting learnings for program improvement.
