Job summary

Fime seeks a Principal consultant to grow Consult Hyperion’s practice in the Americas, based in the USA. You will advise clients with technical expertise in smart mobility and payments, lead consulting teams, and support sales with innovative solutions across diverse engagements.

You will work across regulated sectors, build client relationships, manage risk, and contribute to thought leadership through blogs and industry panels.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in technical aspects of Smart Mobility or Payments.
• Experience in technical or business consulting.
• Vendor experience delivering fare collection or tolling services.
• Experience with mobile wallets in fare collection systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead client engagements and delivery of consulting services in Smart Mobility and Payments.
• Provide technical guidance on business strategy and decision-making.
• Build and lead consulting teams and mentor junior staff.
• Support sales and presales activities with client-ready proposals.
• Develop innovative solutions addressing client challenges and opportunities.
• Represent the company at industry events and thought leadership activities.
