Job summary

Benz Technology Inc. is seeking a highly skilled signals intelligence engineer to join the Fort Meade team in Maryland. This full-time role requires an active TS/SCI with Polygraph and U.S.

citizenship, with responsibilities focused on developing and automating advanced SIGINT tradecraft to deliver direct operational impact. You'll collaborate with mission stakeholders, developers, and analysts to modernize analyst workflows, applying FISINT, ELINT, and PROFORMA expertise to deliver automation

Qualifications

• Background in digital signal processing and communication systems.
• Experience with signals intelligence disciplines: FISINT, ELINT, and/or PROFORMA.
• Proficiency in Python, C, or C++.
• Experience analyzing network protocols and application layers.
• Ability to develop and automate analytic tradecraft for operational use.

Responsibilities

• Develop and automate signals analytic tradecraft targeting adversary weapons systems and networks.
• Analyze digital signals including protocols, application layers, and communication systems.
• Collaborate with analysts and developers to translate mission needs into technical solutions.
• Apply FISINT, ELINT, and/or PROFORMA expertise to drive analytical depth and automation.
• Prototype and deliver tools that integrate directly into operational mission workflows.
• Innovate on technique development to support TechSIGINT modernization efforts.
