Qualifications

• TS/SCI with polygraph clearance.
• BS in Computer Science or related field with 11+ years of experience or a Ph.D. with 7+ years or an MS with 9+ years.
• Software development experience using C, C++, and Python.
• Experience with digital signal processing and signal analysis.
• Experience analyzing communication protocols and protocol structures.
• Strong understanding of communication systems and application-layer technologies.
