- Experience with SerDes and complex networking platforms.
- Ability to lead SI/PI strategies across large programs.
Responsibilities
- Define SI/PI strategy, design standards, and engineering best practices.
- Lead SI/PI architecture for next-generation networking systems.
- Provide technical leadership for high-speed interfaces and SerDes.
- Establish design guidelines, stackup, routing, and validation approaches.
- Lead cross-functional reviews and resolve complex SI/PI challenges.
- Develop simulation and modelling methodologies to improve design quality.
- Lead technology readiness for future networking products.
- Root-cause investigations of SI/PI, timing, and EMI issues.
- Collaborate with ASIC, package, PCB, mechanical, and thermal teams.
- Drive patents, publications, and industry contributions.
- Mentor engineers across sites and build SI expertise.
