Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a systems engineering professional to lead the Sentinel program within Northrop Grumman's Strategic Deterrent Systems Division. You will define MBSE-driven strategy, verify requirements, and coordinate across SEIT and business units.

Key activities include liaison roles, managing system-level specifications, and collaboration with government stakeholders to meet security and program objectives. A clearance and SAP readiness are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Active DoD Secret clearance is required.

Requirements

• T03: 5 Years with Bachelors in Science; 3 Years with Masters; 1 Year with PhD
• T04: 8 Years with Bachelors in Science; 6 Years with Masters; 4 Years with PhD
• Must have an active U.S. Government DoD Secret security clearance at time of application, current and within scope
• Ability to obtain and maintain Special Access Program (SAP) approval within a reasonable period of time
• 1+ years' experience using DOORS
• US Citizenship with an Active Top-Secret Clearance or higher is preferred
• MBSE experience (DOORS/Cameo) is preferred
• Knowledge of System Integration and Test Principles is preferred
• Previous test experience at any level of build is preferred
• Experience working with internal and external teams is preferred
• Ability to effectively communicate and present technical details is preferred
• Experience operating in an Agile environment using Atlassian software tool sets is preferred
• Ability to work a 9/80 schedule
• Willingness to travel 10% of the time
• U.S. Citizenship is required for positions with a government clearance
