Job summary

NetEase is seeking a senior action designer to create and refine in-game character actions across multiple styles, ensuring fluid motion and strong gameplay feel. You will work closely with the Lead Artist to set action style and produce design templates for the production pipeline.

The role requires deep understanding of animation principles, cinematography for animation, and at least 8+ years in action design for large-scale games, with teamwork and strong communication as essential traits.

Job Description

Job Requirements

2. Rich imagination with excellent action design capabilities, able to create smooth and dynamic action performances;
3. Strong teamwork awareness and good communication/collaboration skills;
4. Familiarity with action games, with deep understanding of impact feel (game feel) in combat actions;
5. 8+ years of professional experience in action design for large-scale games.
