Job summary

Motion Recruitment is seeking a FedRAMP Assessor to support federal compliance initiatives across multiple cloud environments. The role emphasizes hands-on FedRAMP Rev. 5 assessments, adversarial control testing, and project leadership.

This position is 100% remote in the United States, with opportunities to influence security programs for thousands of clients. The ideal candidate brings hands-on FedRAMP assessment experience, strong knowledge of NIST 800-53 controls, and proven ability to run

Qualifications

• Hands-on FedRAMP assessment experience.
• Experience running assessments independently.
• Strong knowledge of NIST 800-53 controls.
• Experience conducting security control assessments.
• Knowledge of FedRAMP Moderate and/or High baselines.
• Excellent stakeholder communication skills.
• Prior experience working for a C3PAO is a big plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead FedRAMP Rev. 5 assessments across cloud environments.
• Perform adversarial control testing and validation.
• Manage projects and client engagements to ensure timely delivery.

A rapidly growing organization focused on cloud security and regulatory compliance for thousands of clients, is seeking a FedRAMP Assessor to support federal compliance initiatives across multiple cloud environments. This individual will work extensively with FedRAMP frameworks and NIST standards, conducting FedRAMP assessments for their clients. This is a hands on role, focused on FedRAMP Rev. 5 assessments, adversarial control testing, and leading projects.

Required Skills & Experience
